Most people don't have time it takes to spend debugging their computer. Some don't have the knowledge. It's a fact that we all get infected from time to time. This fast friendly drop off service will suit most people very well.

Identify, Locate & Extract:

This service is ran from my home near the Market Square area. I prefer for you to drop your computer off on your way to work, or when your out running your errands. This way I have my collection of resources for debugging, removing, or fixing computer's all in one spot.

In most cases, if your computer has a virus. I can repair your computer in 24 hours or so. If for some reason I can NOT fix your computer, you will not be charged.

This all started out as a hobby. Maintaining my machines, my family & friends. It turns out that more & more people need some help managing some of the complicated problems that arise trying to stay up with technology and all the crap being spread around via the Internet.

Malware, Spyware & Virus Removal: 

The biggest pain is removing malware, spyware & viruses from your machine. Sometimes they tend to re-generate themselves after re-booting. If you surf the Internet very much this is most likely your problem. Having a current active Anti Virus running may not always prevent you from getting infected, but is always recommend to keep active on your machine.

Symptoms of Infection:

Sometimes, there are obvious signs that there is malware on your computer, sometimes there is not. At first, the signs are subtle; your Computer seems to have a mind of its own. Malware programs contact other computers for various purposes and each of them is a program of its own, therefore they use system resources such as CPU cycles, memory and an Internet connection. A sudden change in how your computer is running could be a sign of spyware or adware. The really hard part about spotting spyware symptoms is that they often appear to be normal Web or computer operations. So, you may not recognize them as a symptom.

Upgrades & Repairs:

If your hard drive went out, or you are wanting to add a DVD burner. These items will be charged accordingly. I charge $30/hour plus parts. Delays or turn around time will vary on such said repairs/upgrades. Most of the time these can be obtained from a local electronics store.
